This site is a tribute to Casey Sowerby, who was born in Whitehaven, Cumbria on September 23, 1999. She is from Workington and attended St Gregory's primary school, St Joseph's High School & Cockermouth Sixth Form.  She recently started the University of Cumbria studying for her degree in Mental Health Nursing. 

Casey is beautiful, kind, caring, confident, gifted and mischievous. Everything came easy to her and she truly thought she was blessed.  She was always happy and smiling and was honest to a fault, she never went with the crowd and always had another opinion which always had her advocating for and advising others. The only thing in her life she stressed about was exams but always achieved excellent results. 

She worked from the age of 13 with a paper round, the Galloping Horse and MacDonalds, to fund her clothes and make up habit, Oh Casey the amount of clothes with tags on we found on top of your wardrobe that you never returned!. She loved all animals especially her 3 crazy dogs. Casey loved driving and had just saved up for her second car, she was so proud that this one she bought herself.

Casey was our baby and only daughter and leaves her Mum, Dad and older Brother, along with her grandparents and rest of her family, boyfriend and friends.  She is missed so desperately by us all and will always be lovingly remembered by us. We will never forget the beautiful person she was , both inside and out. The way she'd light up a room with her presence , the way she made us all laugh and smile.

We miss you princess and always will , till we meet again xxxx
